Jr NTR as Police in Rubabu? | Jr NTR Role in Puri Jagannath Film

Puri Jagannadh is known to have a thing for "cop characters." From getting Nagarjuna to play a very rowdy like cop in Sivamani, to having Mahesh Babu portray an irreverent undercover agent in Pokiri or turning Gopichand into a hard talking encounter specialist, in Golimar , Puri has surely created some memorable cop characters. 

Buzz is that Puri is getting NTR Jr to don the khakis in his upcoming film. The movie was announced recently and is touted to be "a massy cop drama" that will have NTR playing a cop full of quirks. Buzz is that the filmmakers are toying with the idea of naming the movie Rubabu. The filmmakers are in the process of finalising the cast and crew of the film. NTR Jr is presently shooting for his next film Rabhasa.
