Junior NTR has not done any remakes in his career so far. He never competed for the remake rights of films from other languages even when he was desperate for a hit. But one film has impressed NTR very much that he is madly in love with it. Recently NTR had seen Kannada film Ugram, which was a very big hit in Karnataka.
NTR is mighty impressed with the subject and screenplay that he has agreed to star in the Telugu remake of Ugram.
There are some other star heroes who watched this film and are keen to do the Telugu remake. Allu Arjun is one of the frontrunners for the remake of this film.
Film circles opine that Ugram suits NTR the best and the actor is aware of it. Hence he is trying his best to grab the remake rights of this film.
With NTR showing so much interest in Ugram, few producers are going all guns blazing to acquire the remake rights. Bellamkonda Suresh, the producer of NTR’s Rabhasa is bidding big for Ugram remake rights.
