Former star comedian Babu Mohan has finally bidden adieu to Telugu Desam Party which he joined years back. During the ruling of Chandrababu as CM of Andhra Pradesh, Babu Mohan worked in his cabinet as social welfare minister too. So, what is the reason for jumping barricades now?
Babu Mohan feels that he is betrayed by the leaders of Telugudesam from Medak district who have created rifted between him and party high command. "Though I worked day and night for welfare of party, some forces are trying to distort my image and political career," said Babu Mohan with teary eyes.
"I came into Telugudesam party upon love for NTR, but these people are insulting me with their monopolist ways. Can't bear with them anymore, hence quitting to my primary membership of party too," the former top-comedian concluded.
However, Medak districts political observers are saying that Babu Mohan has curtain raised this tear-filled drama only to ensure that people don't get a wrong signal with his latest political plan. Already he is heard making deals with TRS party, and will be soon wearing the 'Gulabi' Shawl on his shoulders.
