For illegally constructing a drilled bore for water in his house, actor Balakrishna is fined ten thousand rupees. Recently Balayya constructed a drill bore at his house in Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, but he hasn't obtained a clearance certificate from revenue authorities to do the same.
Upon receiving a complaint from few neighbours, Revenue officials raided Balayya's home and found that the actor hasn't applied to revenue department before drilling out. After their initial inquiry, officials confirmed that Balayya violated rules, and hence fined him.
