Tollywood actor Abdul Rahman, who is a familiar face as playing sidekick to baddies n films, was arrested on Monday by Banjara Hills police. Rahman alias Baba, 34, was booked for Attempt Murder case on his house owner Mohammad Fiaz.
Mohammad Fiaz, house owner, had earlier beaten up Rahman after he reportedly made sexual advances on his sister-in-law Salma Nawaz. In a bid to took revenge against Fiaz, Rahman on March 16 "attempted to kill" Fiaz by stabbing him.
Escaped with injuries and bruises, Fiaz lodged complaint against Rahman in police station. Rahman was said to be on run. Banjara Hills police have finally arrested Abdul Rahman alias Baba on Monday. He will be produced in court soon.

Abdul Rahman is noted for his role in SS Rajamoui's Vikramarkudu. It's sad that on-screen villain turned out to be baddie off-screen too.
